Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker awarded Fitchburg Chief of Department Kevin Roy a Medal of Valor for his actions on February 10th at 176 Walton St. The 27th Annual Massachusetts Firefighter of the Year Awards were held at Mechanics Hall in Worcester.
