A State Police K9 and Trooper along with Westminster PD emerge from the woods behind Scenic Ave in Westminster after a suspect fled from a terminated pursuit and crash on Rt 2. The suspect Brian Lafrennie was later apprehended on felony warrants on nearby Saunders St. Gardner.
