Fitchburg 2nd Alm Water St-Northlander

Fitchburg FD received 1 call for a building fire on Water St at the old Northlander Manufacturing building on Water St at about 5:30 pm, December 30th. Crews had smoke in the area but nothing showing on arrival, soon after fire broke through the delta (Exposure 4) side. A 2nd Alm was transmitted which brought in Leominster and Lunenburg to the fire. Crews remained aggressive and brought the fire under control in about an hour.
